This policy explains what data Domini collects, what it's used for, and who it's shared with. Domini is built by an individual developer, not a company.
To create an account we ask for an email and password (authentication handled by Supabase). In your profile you can optionally add: name, username, short bio, date of birth and a profile photo.
The app stores the readings you've completed, your points, your daily streak, the medals and badges you've earned, the parish linked to your profile, and the check-ins you make there.
We ask for location access only "while using the app", and only to suggest the nearest church when you check in at a parish. You can deny this permission and still link your parish by searching for it by name.
The app only accesses your photo library when you choose to change your profile picture.
When you follow someone on the app, your name, photo and reading progress become visible to the people you follow and to your followers, as part of the app's normal functioning (friends feed, nudges). You can block anyone at any time.
Domini does not use any third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDK.
You can delete your account at any time from within the app, under Profile → Settings. Deleting your account removes your Domini profile and usage data.
